- Which property has the largest meaningful change?
- Is it isolated or portfolio-wide?
- Which dimension explains the returned movement?
- What evidence should open first?
Use equal periods
Compare 7, 28, or 90 days with the immediately preceding equal period and align finalized dates.
Add confidence before urgency
A large percentage on a tiny property should not outrank a high-volume loss with consistent evidence.
End with an action
A score without a page, query, segment, sitemap, or native report creates another dashboard.
