# Search Console Portfolio Management: A Practical Prioritization Model

Portfolio management is not a bigger dashboard problem. It is a decision-order problem.

## Why one-property analysis does not scale

Search Console explains one property well. With many properties, the repeated work is matching dates, remembering context, and deciding whether a change is local or shared.

## Four questions

1. Which property has the largest meaningful change?
2. Is it isolated or portfolio-wide?
3. Which dimension explains the returned movement?
4. What evidence should open first?

## Use equal periods

Compare 7, 28, or 90 days with the immediately preceding equal period and align finalized dates.

## Add confidence before urgency

A large percentage on a tiny property should not outrank a high-volume loss with consistent evidence.

## End with an action

A score without a page, query, segment, sitemap, or native report creates another dashboard.
